Car damage

I was in this car, dark silver Ford Focus sedan, driven by my eldest brother. My mum was seated on the front passenger seat while I was sitting behind the driver’s seat. My brother was looking for a car paint shop to repair the damages on his car, mostly inflicted on the right side of his car. I was recommending him Liew Motor as there was a branch nearby the place that we were at, at that very moment.

We were at this place Kepong, but it looked more like a place in my hometown, somewhere near the court. As I was not too sure where exactly is that paint shop, so I had my brother going slow in that area while I was on the lookout. Suddenly we went past a shop that had a sign on it, “LIEW WENG”. Immediately, I stopped my brother and asked him to reverse into the compound.

We got down from the car. The place looks like a small single storey house, built on a piece of large land, with soil, not cement floor. The place looks a bit rundown with many damaged and dented cars lying around. There was some grass growing from the soil as well. I went to check on the front door, but it was closed. As I turned back to the car, suddenly someone came greeted me coming from the side of the house. It was not Weng himself, but he looked similar to Weng. Probably, he was the younger Liew of the 2 Liews. Then I told him about my brother’s dented car and showed him the way.

He went and took a look at my brother’s car while my brother told him about the incident. My brother brought him toward the right side of the car. Then I noticed, the fuel cap was basically crushed and deformed, beyond any recognition. There were scratches lines along the car’s front and rear fender, on top of the car, near the rear windscreen while the front fender was dented as well where the scratch lines ran along. As Liew looked at the damages, he marks them with his fingers and counting the cost of repair but summing them up. The estimated repair cost was around RM500+.

After that, my brother showed him a photo book of a badly damage metallic light silver Perodua Kancil. I supposed that was his another car. My brother was asking if that car could be repair, as I recalled, the damage was really bad.

After that, I was woken up by SMS bombardment. The dream was close resembled what I’m facing right now as my dented rear door on driver’s side and my plans to send it in to Liew Motor for repair. RM500+ was what Liew (the real Liew) quoted me.
