I was walking on a least crowded street in Genting Highlands, enjoying the cold breeze there. It was quite dark, seemed like dawn to me as most part of the sun was blocked by the thick clouds above me. After a while of walking, over to my right along the sidewalk, I saw Kenny Wee at the end of the sidewalk, squatting down. He seemed to be fixing the phone line. I squinted a little to have a clearer look to confirm if that was really Kenny which I known. Then I walked over along the sidewalk to check him out.
The railing was over my right and beyond that was a road, which was way below my current level. About 1.5 or 2 storeys lower. The road was covered in thick grey clouds, which made the sidewalk seemed like a cliff. As I reached Kenny’s position, he was already standing there looking into the clouds covered road. I stood over to his right side. He was holding to the railings by the side and tried to blow the clouds away. The clouds did not budge at all. Apparently he did not blow hard enough.
He went back down to continue with his stuff. He was now squatting down over to my rear left. I gave it a try at blowing the clouds. I tried to concentrate my air into a thin stream. I blew hard and the clouds dissipated a little bit. I called Kenny to check out my result. By the time he raised up and looks at the clouds, the gap was already filled with clouds again. He said I was lying. Then I proved it to him by blowing again. This time I managed to blow harder and more clouds were dissipated. But very soon, it was filled with clouds again. Then I smirked at Kenny.
Then he got over to my right side and tried to blow the clouds. Instead, he spitted into the clouds. I heard a loud splat. I guess his spit hits the sidewalk along the clouded road, which sounded not far away from us. We were laughing so hard and wondering if that spit might hit someone down there. Then we turned around and laughed a bit.
Suddenly, a grey pigeon flew down to our position. I was stunned and scared by the pigeon. I duck and had both my hands covered my head with my elbows facing front, toward the pigeon. The pigeon, instead of being scared away, it remained there and staring down at me. It was a very big pigeon, with huge beak. It was at least 4 times the usual size of a pigeon. The size of its grey beak was huge and in proportion to its body. Unlike a pigeon’s beak, it seemed more like a crow’s beak. I asked Kenny to chase it away as I was afraid the pigeon might strikes my eyes. Kenny was only laughing there looking at the pigeon. Then it crossed my mind that pigeon dung would cause infections in the brain.
On another dream, I was seated in a café place. It was my birthday today and I met up with Jessy. Halfway through our conversations, I asked her if she has got married. She told me that she has even got a baby boy of 1-year old plus. She then continues talking about her baby boy while happily smiling away all the time. She nicknamed her baby boy as “Yin Jai” (celery leaf boy) for the reason that he was afraid of the grandmother, her mother.
I asked her if we’ve came out for meeting within that time frame that she was pregnant, as I did not notice her tummy grew. She replied with a short “nope.” Then I think harder and told her, we did meet up, somewhere before last year’s CNY or after CNY. But somehow I said I still did not notice her tummy, which was supposed to be quite obvious by that time.
I asked her again why she did not tell me that she was pregnant during that time. Then she replied that the reason why she chose to meet up last time at the nearby “Tong Gai” (Sugar/Sweet Street, a street with plenty of tong shui to drink) was so that she would be nearby to home in case of emergency. In response, I could only give her a smile.
Then her phone ranged, she turned around to get her phone while I had a sip of my iced barley. She was smiling quite happily during the phone conversation. I guessed it might have been her husband. After she was done, she asked if I was still working at Pizza Hut.
I told her that I have long quitted the job.
Out of random, she told me about her girlfriend. She said her girlfriend gave birth to a baby girl about the same time he had her baby boy. She was laughing at the notion that the girlfriend’s baby girl was afraid of the grandmother too (but I’ve forgotten the nickname she got for her.), which was similar to her very own baby boy. I thought to myself, has she ever been in a lesbian’s relationship. I just nodded in acceptation to her explanations. At the same time, my mind starts to wander as I was thinking of marking her house as POI in my GPS.
